Designing Fuzzy Controllers for Frame Structures Based on Ground Motion Prediction Using Grasshopperased selection and modification procedure for ground motions by utilizing the probabilistic seismic hazard analysis for Tabriz and ground motion prediction model for Middle East. The results show that the optimization procedure was capable of reducing building responses and damages due to the destructive earthquake records.
