Energy-Saving Optimization Analysis of the Perimeter Structure of a Lakefront Residence in Soochow, Chinare meter compared to before the renovation, and the average indoor temperature in summer is 3.5 ℃ lower than before the renovation. The maximum cooling load throughout the year is less than 4 KW. This research provides an effective solution for energy-saving renovations of similar residences.
