A Disjunctive Graph Solution Representation for the Continuous and Dynamic Berth Allocation Problem proposed as an alternative to the widely used sequence-based representation. Novel local search algorithms are proposed for the studied problem and embedded in an Iterated Local Search metaheuristic.
