Promoting mental health, symptoms of illness. Yet it can be argued that health and illness are not mutually exclusive (Sartorius 1992). Good nutrition and physical fitness are achievable even in the presence of serious medical problems. Most people would agree that those who enter sporting competitions for the disabled do enjoy a large measure of health.
