Automatic Cerebrovascular Segmentation by Accurate Probabilistic Modeling of TOF-MRA Imagesccuracy of our algorithm, a special 3D geometrical phantom motivated by statistical analysis of the MRA-TOF data is designed. Generalised Overlap Measures for Assessment of Pairwise and Groupwise Image Registration and Segmentation error is established by defining the overlap tolerance. Experiments are performed on publicly available labeled brain data to demonstrate the new measures in a comparison of pairwise and groupwise registration.
