Numerical Analysis of Coupled Fluid Flow, Heat Transfer and Solidification in Ultra-thick Slab Contiwide face owing to the thickness of mold. This leaded larger low velocity zone near the mold wall. And it had great influence to temperature distribution on the mold surface and shell thickness uniformity at the mold bottom section.
