Auditory Sensitivity of a Chinese River Dolphin, ,es, however, have suggested that the auditory and vestibular systems of baiji are relatively underdeveloped in comparison to those of some other dolphins, such as . and . (Feng et al., 1989). The objective of this paper is to estimate baiji’s hearing capability by determining its auditory thresholds using behavioral methods.
