In fact virtually all the theory discussed here is contained in Kadanoff’s and Baym’s book. Effects of Correlations on the Conductivity of Electron-Hole Plasmasand the temperature dependent Green’s function technique. The frequency and r. dependence of the resistivity are calculated for small electron-hole mass ratio. The effects of dynamical correlations are discussed.
