Applying Process Virtualization Theory in E-HR Acceptance Research: Testing and Modifying an Experimresult shows that the procedure and the instrument was able to find a significant difference in relationship requirements and monitoring capability between the two e-HR processes. However, the two groups do not show a significant difference on the criterion variable behavior intention.
