Multi-Institutional and Multi-Disciplinary Research,res used could have been similar, and led to studies which usually replicated each other. In contrast, the designs, while appearing similar, could have included significant procedures significantly altering the intended design.

Research and Data, to develop new information, the focus may be on a new technique or a new therapy rather than on the total research process.
