Problems in Standardization of 252Cf Fission Fragment Induced Desorption Mass Spectrometryboratories. Before applying a new analytical technique for quantitative measurements one should investigate the sensitivity and reproducibility of the given equipment [2,3]. Besides standardization of this time-of-flight mass spectrometry is discussed.
