Copper Tin Sulfide (CU2SnS3) Solar Cell Structures and Implemented Methodology,he efficiency can be improved by use of a different thickness or a different material. Copper tin sulfide (CTS) has been chosen as the material for this simulation. Different results can be obtained by varying the parameters.
