Here, we describe the discontinuous median tissue culture infectious dose 50 (TCID.) assay to quantitatively determine the titer of any virus that can produce a visible cytopathic effect in infected cells.

Two methods for isolating the EVs and two methods for isolating the RNA from these EVs are described. Together, these methods effectively produce, isolate, and detect long dsRNA from EVs.
