Measurement of Signal Integrity within Deep Sub-Micron Interconnect,signal integrity characterization along interconnects in VLSI circuits, applicable to deep submicron technologies. The sensor parts are detailed, together with the implementation in a 0.35 .m. Experimental measurements are also presented and compared with simulations.
