Comparative Study of Machine Learning and Deep Learning Classifiers on Handwritten Numeral RecognitiDecision Tree classifier, 91% accuracy for the Support Vector Machine classifier, 97% for Artificial Neural Network and 98.84% for Convolutional Neural Network.
