Crossing the Border: Document Coordination and the Integration of Processes in a Distributed Organistegrating information from different sources to produce a file of documents. This file is used as a basis for assessing risk, making a decision about whether or not to lend on the case and providing a record which makes the decision accountable.

Three Good Reasons for Using a Petri-Net-Based Workflow Management Systemned out that there are several reasons for insisting on a Petri-net-based WFMS. The three main reasons for selecting a Petri-net-based WFMS are discussed in this paper. In our opinion these reasons are also relevant for many other projects involved in the selection or implementation of a WFMS.
