,Simulation of Finite-Source Retrial Queueing Systems with Impatient Customers Using Different Failu negative event, a catastrophic breakdown takes place meaning that all the customers at the server and in the orbit depart from the system. The novelty of this paper is to investigate that feature in a collision environment with impatient customers using different distributions of the service time.
