Investigation of Distributed Roughness Element System Based on Dielectric Barrier Discharge for the was investigated. “Killer” mode was successfully excited and suppressed the development of the most unstable mode (“target” mode). But the DBD also excited travelling modes of crossflow instability, so the laminar-turbulent transition moved upstream.
