Group Decision Making for Selection of Supplier Under Public Procurementility functions for simple additive weighting and weighted product model. The numerical testing considers a real-life problem for selection of the most preferable supplier of personal computers under a public procurement. The results demonstrate the flexibility of proposed approach when using a group of experts with different expertise.

Parallel Decoding of Turbo Codesical level of abstraction, is made of several turbo decoders working in parallel. Each turbo decoder is initialized with different recursive convolutional code. Practical implementation of the proposed algorithm may be achieved with a single turbo decoder, where MAP decoders are working concurrently.

Our solution generates long human-like stories that not only describe the visual context of the image sequence but also contains narrative and evaluative language. The obtained results were confirmed by manual human evaluation.
