Tetanus,ical evaluation. Treatment, in the form of extensive and lengthy support measures, requires invariably intensive care admission and management for a prolonged period of time. Despite advances in medications and supportive therapies, tetanus remains a high morbidity and mortality condition.

Tuberculosis Multidrug Resistance (MDR-TB),s treatment, the challenges of being a difficult and slow diagnosis, and its association with HIV infection make it a high mortality entity, especially in countries with limited resources. This has conditioned that although being a treatable disease, it may require second-line antituberculous treatment, surgery, or critical care.

While SARS-coronavirus (CoV) is no longer circulating, MERS-CoV and zoonotic influenza viruses, with pandemic potential, remain persistent threats.
