Solution Growth of CdZnTe Crystals for X-Ray Detector,are dramatically decreased, and the electrical properties are also hugely improved. The techniques of surface treatment and detector fabrication are also discussed before the evaluation of detector performance.

A Path to Produce High-Performance CdZnTe Crystals for Radiation Detection Applications: Crystal Grers the THM growth method for obtaining high-performance detector-grade CdZnTe crystal in detail. Crystal preparation techniques and electrode deposition methods are discussed. Obtained mobility-lifetime product, leakage current, and resistivity for growth crystals are compared with commercially available CdZnTe crystals.

Charge Sharing and Cross Talk Effects in High-Z and Wide-Bandgap Compound Semiconductor Pixel Detece phenomena on the response of CZT/CdTe pixel detectors, with particular emphasis on the current state of the art of the discrimination/correction techniques. The results from original energy-recovery procedures of multiple charge sharing events, recently developed by our group, are also shown.
