Gregory V. Wilsonibitors of apoptotic proteins. Most of these agents are still in the preclinical phase of development because of their low efficacy and potential for resistance. However, the results obtained with other agents have been promising. This chapter reviews the development of apoptosis inducing anticancer drugs in clinical trials.

The insight gained from these calculations enabled experimental researchers to eliminate the acyl transfer, an unwanted sidereaction which was one of the major stumbling block in the synthesis of a vaccine target.

Large Scale Molecular Dynamics Simulation Using MD-Engineeral complex systems. The MD-Engine consists of custum prosessors that calculate pairwise potentials and forces in parallel. A user just has to send coordinate of atoms and force field parameters, then receive forces and potential energy. Our test calculations show good linear scaling with the system size.

Toward a Model of Models: Part II currently under construction by our group, for performing modelling in a distributed HPC context. We suggest that the theoretical limits to modelling may be overcome by appealing to learning based computing paradigms in non-Turing complete systems.
