Concluding Remarks,A central aim of this essay has been to trace some of the Aristotelian “roots” of Hegel’s speculation regarding the philosophy of mind. It is difficult to find two philosophers of such speculative magnitude who have more in common than Aristotle and Hegel, although quite the contrary has often been supposed.
