Theoretisches und Experimentelles zur effektiven Masse von Kristallelektronen,ective mass are exposed. Based on these investigations, the refined band model of Silicon and Germanium is developed. The last chapter gives a survey on the experimental methods for determination of the effective mass, especially on the method of cyclotron resonance.
