Worum es in der Beratung von professionals im Grunde geht: Sinnfindung in der Arbeit durch verantworn kann zwar von bestimmten Personen anderen Personen vorgeschrieben werden. Wie sie aber konkret in den Arbeitstätigkeiten wirksam werden, hängt stets von der Umsetzungsbereitschaft bzw. -kompetenz der Adressaten ab.
