Rationing of Electrical Power Consumption,The chapter deals with identifying and analyzing factors that affect electrical power consumption (EPC). It offers methodologies for determining normative values of EPC based on multifactor analysis and on the criterion of minimizing production costs. The proposed methods are substantiated based on real calculations for operating enterprises.
