Basic Endpoints for Toxicity Assessment of Environmental Toxicants or Stresses,vel, but not for evaluating the toxicity on targeted organs by environmental toxicants or stresses. In this chapter, we mainly introduced and discussed four lines of basic endpoints: (1) lethality; (2) lifespan, aging-related phenotypes, and healthspan; (3) oxidative stress; and (4) development.

Endpoints for Assessing the Genotoxicity and the Genetic Toxicity, genetic changes, such as genomic mutations. We here mainly introduced and discussed the endpoints potentially used for assessing the genotoxicity of environmental toxicants or stresses in nematodes. Meanwhile, we also introduced the possible endpoints used for assessing the genetic toxicity of environmental toxicants or stresses in nematodes.

For the sequential exposures, we introduced both the toxic effects and the beneficial effects.
