,Man’s Way of Being: Existential Dualism,nceived of this relation as mediated by beliefs and ideas. For Heidegger, Sartre and Marcel the idea of such a self is a confused and indeed incoherent idea: people are flesh-and-blood beings . the world and their relation to this world and to each other is primarily through their actions.
