Scheduling Problems in Hierarchical Grid Environmentg. It introduces a general classification and notation of the grid scheduling problems and the basic scheduling attributes. This chapter ends with a short discussion on the grid users behavior scenarios related to scheduling and a brief survey of the realistic scheduling models.
