Enzymatic Synthesis of Polyesters via Polycondensation,proceeded under mild reaction conditions in comparison with chemical processes. By utilizing characteristicproperties of lipases, regio- and enantioselective polymerizations proceeded to give functional polymers,most of which are difficult to synthesize by conventional methodologies.
