Skin Effect and Shielding Theory of Schelkunoff,ect of current displacement (to the exterior). In annex chapter A6.1, the theory is applied to the conducting half space and it is shown that cylindrical conductors can also be treated in a very simple way.

Struktur und Funktion der Küstengewässeration is made in this chapter to parallel rods and wires. Parallel arrangements are easy to analyse, general rules and statements can be better evaluated and explained with the aid of parallel arrangements. Currently arbitrary arrangements of thin wires (thin electrodes) are analysed using a computer program, based on the method of moments.
