A Novel Design of Reduced Order Controllers Using Exponential Observers for Large-Scale Linear Discruced-order linear model, sufficient conditions are derived for the design of observer-based reduced order controllers. A separation principle has been established in this paper which demonstrates that the observer poles and controller poles can be separated and hence the pole-placement problem and observer design are independent of each other.

Comparative Study of Recent Compressed Sensing Methodologies in Astronomical Imagescrucial for devising effective signal processing methods. We particularly point out that CS-based compression scheme is flexible enough to account for such information. We try to compare these algorithms using objective measures like PSNR, MSE et al. With these measures we intend to verify the image quality of reconstructed and original images.
