Seismic Resilient Outriggers and Multi-hazard Resilient Frames,n to the seismic design requirement. To overcome the conflict between the design principles of seismic design and progressive collapse design, novel multi-hazard resilient, prefabricated concrete and steel frames are proposed. Their performances are experimentally studied, based on which the corresponding design methods are developed.
