Highlights from ICEUM4, The 4th International Conference on the Exploration and Utilisation of the Me has been constructed from recommendations made by task groups set up at the conference. The declaration will be used as a focus for the efforts of the Lunar Explorers Society (LUNEX), which was founded during the meeting.
