A Phenomenological Description for Chaotic Diffusion,We discuss a phenomenological description of the chaotic diffusion in this chapter. We use a set of scaling hypotheses leading to the knowledge of three critical exponents demonstrating that the chaotic diffusion is scaling invariant concerning the control parameter, giving the first evidence of a continuous phase transition.
