Improving Time and Memory Efficiencies of FDFD Methods,. The algorithm for the DG-FDFD is modified to reduce the memory requirement and solution time for the given problem. With the findings of this improved algorithm for the DG-FDFD method, a general algorithm is developed to improve the time and memory efficiency of FDFD methods.
