Subtropics with year-round rainay-optimal scheduling within Spatial TDMA is formulated, and a simple fast algorithm for scheduling is proposed. The experimental results provided prove the algorithm allows to utilize the network resources at very high rates while building scheduling sufficient for delay-critical applications.
