Synthesis of High-Performance Window Functions Using Minimization of Difference Between Its Waveformwhile overlap correlation for 0.5 overlapping decreases from 32% to 0.01%. The waveforms, spectra and their differences are illustrated for the windows with the number of cosine components varying from 2 to 21.

Optimal Control by the Queue with Rate and Quality of Service Depending on the Amount of Harvested Eer the fixed parameters of the control strategy, the system dynamics is described by a continuous-time six-dimensional Markov chain. This allows to compute the steady-state distribution of the system states and, then, formulate and solve optimization problems. Numerical results are presented.

A Multistage Queueing Model with Priority for Customers Become Fiteue and from Buffer II within an exponential duration of time intervals. Customers arrive according to a Markovian arrival process (MAP). The service time follows phase type distribution. Stability condition of the system is established. Steady-state system size distribution is obtained. Some performance measures of the system are evaluated.

Vectors,heir service time. Such an approach provides more accurate performance evaluation compared to conventional multiservice models. For the considered model, we propose a method that allows to calculate the stationary probability distribution to the specified accuracy. Our findings are illustrated with a numerical example.

What Is the Legitimate Role of Government? and diameter of the proposed schemes is presented for the first time. The characteristics of the offered systems are compared with well-known schemes too. And the calculation results showed a significant advantage of the presented systems in comparison with the well-known existing ones.
