Classical Mechanics and Quantum Mechanics of industrial aerosols is of great importance. Important diffusion problems occur in physics, chemistry, geophysics, and other fields of science. Because of this we shall focus on various formulations of problems related to the diffusion equation.

Quality control in an industrial laboratoryiscretization parameter, the latter being generally the finite difference mesh-size. Thus, more accurate solutions require smaller discretization parameters. By decreasing the parameter we generally increase the number of linear equations, which usually results in an increase in the amount of computation time.
