Dendritic Cell-Based Immunotherapyeless, DC-based immunotherapy is still in its infancy and there are many issues to be addressed such as antigen loading procedures, DC source and maturational state, migration properties, route, frequency, and dosage of DC vaccination. The increasing knowledge of DC biology should be used to improve the efficacy of this new therapy.
