Building Cemented Material Dam with Soft Rock Materialnkment dam and to decrease the cost of concrete dam. Methods have been investigated to build the Jinjigou CMD with soft rock material for the first time in the world. Mix design of materials and in-situ direct shear tests have been introduced.
