Comparative , Evaluation of MYB Transcription Factors in Eucalyptus, Sugarcane and Rice Transcriptomin wood, flower and bark libraries in eucalyptus, and in tissues infected by pathogens in sugarcane. Splicing pattern comparative analyses of arabidopsis and rice ORFs with eucalyptus and sugarcane ORFs revealed that neither of them presented similarities regarding all exons and intron junctions.
