Designing for Coastal Resiliency, network analysis and connections between users. This paper presents an alternative approach, which uses graph cellular automata. Empirical research was based on datasets from social platforms that confirmed the effectiveness of the proposed solution and is a motivation for extended research in this area.

Phenomenology and Conceptual Psychologynd norms within multi-agent systems, without regimenting them. The proposed model allows norms to emerge between selfish agents that compete for the same resource. The paper shows how the emerging norms lead to a balanced distribution of resources among the individuals, diminishing the effects of the tragedy.
