Solid Mechanics and Its Applicationscessing of protein NMR spectra presents several difficulties that this paper intends to address. Examples using the GIFA algorithm are shown which include lorentzian deconvolution of 1D and 2D spectra of proteins, J-deconvolution of 2D COSY experiments, lorentzian deconvolution, and truncation artifact reduction of homonuclear 3D spectra.
