图书封面Titlebook: Comparative Genomics; Empirical and Analyt David Sankoff,Joseph H. Nadeau Book 2000 Springer Science+Business Media Dordrecht 2000 Organell
描述A comprehensive account of genomic rearrangement, focusing onthe mechanisms of inversion, translocation, gene and genomeduplication and gene transfer and on the patterns that result fromthem in comparative maps. Includes analyses of genomic sequences inorganelles, prokaryotes and eukaryotes as well as comparative maps ofthe nuclear genomes in higher plants and animals. The book showcases avariety of algorithmic and statistical approaches to rearrangement andmap data.

Interfaces II: Between R and Other Systems,n of unbalanced gametes. This segregation model should be of inteterest for the understanding of chromosome evolution since it provides a measure of the selective disadvantage associated with a chromosome rearrangement.

Jochen Seemann,Jürgen Wolff von Gudenbergghted minimum number of inversions and transpositions necessary to convert one gene order to another was inspired by comparisons of chloroplast gene orders in . species presented by Monique Turmel at the first CIAR Evolutionary Biology annual meeting in 1987.

https://doi.org/10.1007/3-540-30950-0addressing the processes of molecular evolution, including gene rearrangement. Here is an analysis of those variations in mitochondrial gene arrangement observed so far among the best sampled group, the deuterostome animals. The duplication/ random loss model is invoked to potentially reconstruct many, though not all, of these rearrangements.
