We also present an algorithm for the directed graph topological embedding problem which runs in time . and space .(¦.¦×¦.¦+¦.¦+¦.¦), where ¦.¦ is the number of nodes in the pattern graph .. To our knowledge, this algorithm is the first one for this problem.
