Impedometric Screening of Gas-Sensitive Inorganic Materials atmospheres. Time consuming steps could be parallelized by using multielectrode substrate plates for 64 samples. Screening results for a surface doped CoTiO./La and LnFeO. sample plates are shown to illustrate the relevance of HT-IS in the search for new gas sensing materials.
