Building an Effective State Tree,ating that he liked it. However he wanted us to cut it down and submit it as a letter. The editor offered, if we accepted, to have an editorial in the same issue as the letter, highlighting and commenting favorably on our submission..Left with this offer, what would you do? Accept it or seek publication elsewhere?

,Case 1: A “Good” Question,e various aspects that can possibly prevent you from completing the study, for example, not having enough time, not having enough patients, etc. If you are unsuccessful in finding any reason why you should not attempt to do the study, then you must pursue it steadfastly.

Case 3: Why Were 116 Patients Excluded?,ned in solution made in Case .. After many months, we reviewed the findings. Two hundred and twelve patients had been enrolled successfully. But we had to exclude a total of 116 patients..Why were these 116 cases excluded?

Case 6: Check Your Facts,e patient breathing circuit..We asked the following clinical research question:.Does the use of a breathing circuit filter prevent the necessity to discard breathing circuits after one use?.We thought this could be a good idea to attempt to introduce the European practice into the USA. Our main thrust was to reduce the landfill.
