POMDP Planning for Robust Robot Control stress is distributed in the entire area of these mandibles, but stress around the condyle is less than in other regions. Bone density distributions of the mandibles were measured by the same X-ray CT. These results showed a strong relationship between stress and bone density distribution for both mandibles.

Carlo Tomasi,John Zhang,Gene Golub than the cells in control dishes, indicating that the hypergravity of this study had a promotive influence on the bone formation ability of osteoprogenitor cells. In other words, it is possible that the hypergravity promoted the differentiation of osteoprogenitor cells to osteoblast-like cells.

John M. Hollerbach,Daniel E. Koditschekture after removal of the external fixator when the strength of the healing bone was estimated by AE testing to be higher than the body weight of the patient. Thus AE testing can accurately estimate the mechanical strength of healing fractures and callotasis.
