Epiphyseal fractures in the fingers of adolescent climbers can usually be treated conservatively, though in the case of delayed diagnosis with established nonunion, surgical treatment may be required.

Rising Asia and American Hegemonytoms, and injuries due to a shoulder dislocation have increased recently. The basic pillars of diagnosis are thorough clinical investigation, sonography, and MRI. If surgical therapy is necessary, recent studies show very promising postoperative results, enabling climbers to regain their pre-injury climbing abilities.

Imaging of Climbing Injuriesuring the patient’s movement. It is suited for the primary diagnosis of soft tissue injuries caused by climbing, such as the pulley rupture.
